1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lucky 98 platform — whether through a browser, mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all services available on Lucky 98, including live casino games, sports betting, fishing games, and the VIP Club programme.

Lucky 98 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but the obligation to stay informed remains with you.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Lucky 98, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky 98 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must be a natural person — registrations by companies, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming by any self-exclusion programme, court order, or Lucky 98 administrative ban.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep it updated.

Lucky 98 uses age verification checks and reserves the right to request identity documents — including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued ID — at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. Any winnings generated during a period when your account remains unverified may be withheld pending successful verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each person may hold only one account on Lucky 98. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If Lucky 98 identifies duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any balances transferred between accounts may be confiscated, and all bonuses associated with those accounts will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication method — confidential. Lucky 98 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 3.3 Account Currency

All Lucky 98 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated and processed in PKR.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Lucky 98 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month from inactive accounts once the inactivity threshold is reached. If your balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the account may be closed. You may reactivate your account by logging in and contacting support before any closure is finalised.

4. Deposits

Lucky 98 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (Rs 100 for Turbo game tables where indicated).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Lucky 98 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Lucky 98 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• Lucky 98 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited, particularly for large or unusual deposit volumes.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw any funds from your Lucky 98 real-money balance that are not subject to an active wagering requirement, provided your account has passed all required verification steps.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit, where technically feasible. If the original method is unavailable, Lucky 98 support will arrange an alternative.
• Average processing time: under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours.
• VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive accelerated withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.
• Lucky 98 may conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals (over Rs 100,000 in a single request or Rs 250,000 in a 7-day period). These checks are carried out within 24 hours and are not a denial of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds before the applicable wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• The default wagering requirement for all welcome and reload bonuses is 20× the bonus amount unless specified otherwise on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar) typically contribute 10–20% toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% but must meet minimum odds of 1.50 decimal.
• Bonus funds are used only after your real-money balance is exhausted. Any winnings from bonus play are credited as bonus funds until the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date they are credited, unless a specific promotion states a different period.
• Lucky 98 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or live session, Lucky 98 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Where a malfunction affects a live session that has already produced a result, Lucky 98 will review the round and apply the outcome that best reflects the player's intended bet and the state of play at the time of the malfunction. The decision of the Lucky 98 technical team is final in malfunction disputes.

7.3 Sports Betting Settlement

• Pre-match bets settle on the official result at full time, unless specific overtime or extra-time rules are stated for that market.
• Abandoned cricket matches: bets void and stakes returned if the match does not reach the minimum qualifying threshold for a result.
• DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method: Lucky 98 settles rain-affected limited-overs matches using the official DLS result as declared by the relevant cricket board.
• Live bets accepted once an in-play event has started cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless Lucky 98 determines that an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum payout per single bet: Rs 5,000,000. Accumulator payouts are capped at Rs 10,000,000.

8. VIP Club

The Lucky 98 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership is earned through accumulated monthly points (1 point per Rs 10 wagered across all real-money games and sports bets). Tier status is recalculated monthly. Benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal speed, and dedicated host access are set out on the VIP Club page and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses only and is credited every Monday by 12:00 PKT.
• Cashback is credited as real money — no wagering requirement applies.
• Lucky 98 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates, and other VIP benefits with 14 days' notice to affected members.

9. Refer a Friend

The Lucky 98 Refer a Friend programme rewards you for introducing new members to the platform. Referral bonuses are paid once a referred player completes their first qualifying deposit and meets the minimum activity threshold stated in the programme terms. Bonuses are subject to the standard wagering requirements outlined in Section 6. Self-referrals — creating new accounts in order to claim referral bonuses — are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Lucky 98 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Opening duplicate accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Attempting to exploit errors in game software, live dealer procedures, or sportsbook pricing.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any activity that Lucky 98 reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing Lucky 98 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

Lucky 98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, if Lucky 98 reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in prohibited conduct. In cases of confirmed fraud, collusion, or money laundering, balances may be confiscated in full. In cases where Lucky 98 closes an account for commercial reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned in full via the player's registered withdrawal method.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting Lucky 98 support. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please indicate this clearly so that the closure is flagged as a self-exclusion and appropriate protections are applied.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky 98 platform — including game software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the Lucky 98 brand — is the property of Lucky 98 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Lucky 98 content without prior written permission. 14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 98's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you to Lucky 98 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Lucky 98 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, whether arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, third-party payment failures, or any other cause outside Lucky 98's direct control.

By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. 16. Amendments to These Terms
